I firmly believe that for any form of assessment to be effective, it needs to be owned, interpreted and contextualised by the individuals concerned, ideally illuminating where improvements should be made and ensuring that resources are efficiently aligned to gain the best results across the whole business.

I use advanced tools and techniques to diagnose precisely where current or potential issues may exist. Whether people-related, process or performance-related – I will always endeavour to resolve or improve them.

Emotional Intelligence & Psychometrics

I use my own Emotional Intelligence assessment tool, PEIP (see below for further details), and PRISM Brain Mapping. These two powerful tools have online assessment capability and can be entirely administered by my clients, if required, under a simple training/usage agreement.

Leadership & Management Capability

I use a dedicated and industry-proven Management Capability Assessment Framework (MCAF), combined with a tailored 360-degree assessment process to ascertain management and leadership capability before determining which personal or team development approach will achieve the best results.

Business Specific Competencies

I can either work alongside you to create new business-specific competencies or work with your existing framework to develop a KPI-based management by objectives (MBO) performance management and assessment framework. To measure, track then help improve the performance across every aspect of your business.

PEIP – Personal Emotional Intelligence Profile

Following extensive research, I identified six levels of emotional efficacy across many of the most common dynamic ranges of human interaction and behaviour.  These levels are deliberately not restricted to any age or role specifics, making them relevant to everyone at all stages in our life.

The PEIPassessment uses these six levels as a basis of measurement across three sub-categories in each of the fourteen emotional Intelligence dimensions, relating directly to each of the chapters I cover in Discover Your Emotional Intelligence – Improve Your Personal and Professional Impact (published by Pearson Education)

The PEIP, once completed, will provide you with an accurate overview of the current level of your emotional intelligence across each one of those forty-two elements.

Because the assessment of your emotional intelligence quite literally needs to reflect the ebb and flow of your life, it is, therefore,  best to regard it as a basis for how things are at the moment.
